About Us

Gregg is Co-Founder and CEO of US-based Chairish. Gregg is a serial entrepreneur and has more than 20 years of experience including co-founder roles at travel companies Hotwire and TripIt and and his role as President of luxury travel company Classic Vacations. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from Dartmouth College. Gregg lives in San Francisco with his wife and Chairish co-founder Anna and their three children.

As Co-Founder and President, Anna oversees Chairish’s marketing, trade, and merchandise initiatives. Anna’s vision has led Chairish’s growth to offer exceptional vintage, antique, contemporary and made-to-order products, a large design-loving shopping audience, and a dedicated community of design professionals. Prior to founding Chairish, Anna was the VP of Worldwide Marketing at Levi Strauss & Co. She holds a BA in Art History from Columbia University. Anna lives in San Francisco with her husband and Chairish co-founder Gregg and their three children.

A former chemical engineer, Mexico-City-born Letizia earned her MBA from Columbia Business School before going on to work in diverse strategy and finance positions in multiple countries. Five years ago, upon encountering a Jean Prouvé sideboard—“it looked like art made by an engineer”— she fell head-over-heels in love with design. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Our co-founder Christian is an avid skier who wishes the Alps were closer to Berlin. He sometimes misses Zurich, where he was previously employed as an investment manager at a private equity firm. While there, he found himself importing a lot of furniture from Milan—so much so that he had to come to terms with his vintage furniture addiction—and thus Pamono’s seeds were planted.

Oliver is a co-founder of Pamono. He’s held strategy, new media, finance, and CEO positions at some of Germany’s most innovative tech startups, including Erento, Panelbiz, and L’ArcoBaleno, and he was previously a member of eBay’s German Leadership Team. When he’s not at the office, Oliver can be found on the water (he’s a passionate yachtsman) or the football field.

Thomas grew up in Berlin during the reunification. He launched his own software development company while still in school, where he studied medicine and computer science. He first encountered the furniture industry as an engineering manager at Rocket Internet venture Home24. Thomas appreciates the little hacks that make life easier as well as cruising on Berlin’s Müggelsee lake or relaxing with Stephen King under the Canary Islands’ sun.

After studying Design History at Parsons, Wava has worn many hats in support of design culture: teaching design studies, curating exhibitions, overseeing commissions, organizing talks, writing articles, and all manner of work for Design Miami. Wava leaves the hats at the office. When hitting the streets, she favors sunglasses.

Caroline was born in the sunny South of France and received business degrees from SKEMA Business School (B.Sc.) and Maastricht University (M.Sc.). Since then, her past lives have included working in the sales departments of Home24 and Zalando before she started one of her main missions at Pamono: sourcing the ever-growing inventory. She now leads the commercial departments at Pamono — but when she's not working with professionals in interior design, she's having a go at it herself and loves decorating her home here in Berlin!

Before landing at Pamono, Christiane taught English in Nepal and worked as an au pair in Ireland. She’s been a dedicated show dancer for over a decade, and is enthusiastic about making great design happen for our customers.

Ramtin was born in Tehran, but he’s called Berlin home for the past 9 years. He has an extensive background in commercial photography, has traveled the globe, and thinks humming while finely chopping garlic is incredibly romantic.

Lara-Lee was born and raised in a small town near Port Elizabeth, South Africa, and moved to Germany at the age of 13. She’s worked in a variety of industries, from automotive to retail, but found her real passion while freelancing for two renowned Dutch designers in Amsterdam. Beyond design, she also loves animals; funny animal videos always welcome!

Dovydas is from a tiny town called Alytus in Lithuania and has worked in the digital marketing field for 10 years, founding and successfully selling several e-commerce projects. When he’s not got his head in marketing he has many hobbies, including playing guitar, dancing, developing small software projects, flying FPV drones, and most importantly: car racing. In fact, his passion for motorsport was the driving force behind his move to big city Berlin!

Riina comes from Finland. After finishing her MBA, she made her dream come true by moving to Berlin with her family. Riina has extensive experience in Business and HR. She worked as a Managing Director of M Room for 5 years and launched Finnish service concept in Berlin. She also has experience in Fintech and insurance. As HR Manager Riina wants to build a culture of cohesion and caring. She believes in transparency, sharing, and collaboration and wants to spread joy and positivity. Riina is passionate about Art & Design and flowers and loves Spanish movies. Life without beauty is boring!

Matias, a native of Southern Ostrobothnia, Finland, moved to Berlin to escape the harsh Nordic weather and pursue an IB Master’s study program. He worked in consumer finance for a bank before joining Pamono's logistics team. Outside of work, Matias enjoys watching sports, socializing, spending time outdoors, reading and weekend getaways to other countries.
