Vintage Design

Italian mid-century chandelier from the 1950s defined by a playful and sculptural composition combining brass and multicolored glass elements. The structure is entirely made of brass and is centered around a vertical stem with a circular frame from which a series of curved glass panels radiate outward, creating a dynamic and layered form.

The glass elements are arranged in a sequence of soft pastel tones including red, green, white, blue, and pale pink. Each panel is gently curved and fixed with small dark metal pins, forming a rhythmic composition that surrounds the central light source. The overlapping arrangement creates subtle variations in color and transparency when illuminated.

Compact in scale yet rich in character, the chandelier reads as a small jewel, where color, light, and material come together in a refined and decorative composition typical of Italian design of the 1950s.
